If this is your first time renting, you will receive a contract to sign in the next few hours. As soon you have a current contract on file, we will confirm your rental status.
Some info you may need:
Studio Elevate is located off Blue Lakes and Filer Ave. in Twin Falls. Behind Welch's Music, 4 doors down from SOS Driving School in the strip of white buildings. We have the last door on the south end.
- As soon as your contract is signed and reservation fee paid, your time slot is reserved. A code to unlock the key box will be emailed the night before your reservation.
Before you arrive:

Make sure to budget in set up and clean up time in your reservation.

Your reservation includes the main space of Studio Elevate including any lights, backdrops and props present on the day of your reservation. (Specific items in the studio are rotated based on season, cleanings, client needs, etc. and cannot be guaranteed at each rental.)

You may request specific items 48 hours before your session. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, though not guarantee.

You are welcome to turn up the heat in the main space. The heater will reset on its own. Please do not turn the heater off.

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests.

If something breaks, PLEASE let us know right away so we can fix the problem before the next photographer arrives. Some things are older and not a big deal, but other items (like lighting) will be your responsibility to replace if damaged.
7. Anything in the locked closet is not available to share. DO NOT ACCESS THE UPPER LOFT for safety reasons.
8. Our storage space is limited so please do not leave anything at Studio Elevate unless approved. Anything left here will be at your own risk and available to share with other creatives. Studio Elevate is not responsible for forgotten, lost, stolen, or damaged items.
9. If anything seems out of sorts when you arrive, please let us know so we can fix the problem.
10. Have so much fun being creative! If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know!
Check out list:
___ Replace any props moved or backdrops taken down.
___ Return light stands and backdrop stands to their original locations.
___ Sweep or vacuum any litter left behind from your session. The broom and vacuum are in the tall cupboard by the computer.
___ Check the bathroom for any messes your clients left behind.
___ Empty all trash. The dumpster is at the north end of the parking lot.
___ Take all personal items with you. We are not responsible for any missing items.
___ Lock the door and make sure the key is in the lock box.
You are responsible for the safety of your photo clients and any damage they cause to the space.
Please be respectful to other renters and clean up after your clients.
We reserve the right to charge a cleanup fee or deny future bookings at our discretion.
