Service Description
Reservations include any lights, backdrops or props present on your rental date. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests. BUDGET YOUR RESERVATION TIME FOR SETUP AND CLEANUP. We recommend requiring a deposit from your client before booking a session as rentals can be rescheduled but not refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Studio Elevate! We look forward to having you in the space soon. Your key code and checkout list will be delivered 15 minutes before your reserved time slot. As a reminder, please DO NOT PARK in front of any of the rollup doors to preserve cordial relationships with our neighbors. If you have any questions, please let us know. Tacie - 2083164813 Amanda - 2084206862 Before you arrive: -Your reservation includes the main space of Studio Elevate including any lights, backdrops and props present the day of your reservation. You may request specific items, but they cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to turn up the heat in the main space. The heater will reset on its own. Please DO NOT TURN OFF THE HEATER. -You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests. If something breaks, PLEASE let us know right away so we can fix the problem before the next photographer arrives. -BUDGET YOUR RESERVATION TIME FOR SETUP AND CLEANUP. -Reservations cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled if cancelled before your key code has been emailed.
